Devon & Cornwall Community Scrutiny Panel’s mission is to build trust and confidence between Devon & Cornwall Police and the community they serve through scrutiny, accountability, transparency and training.

How you can get involved

Volunteer

Volunteers from our force region of Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly are passionate about social justice and improving police-community relations.

Volunteering with the DCCS Panel provides a platform for marginalised voices and helps local people gain a greater understanding of police experiences.

Share your views anonymously

Members can choose to share their views but scrutiny of officer’s body-worn videos are submitted anonymously. The panel keeps individual responses and details strictly confidential from Devon & Cornwall Police.
